Science Week this year began the 8th of November. Here at Kilcolman National School we did a series of experiments in both the Junior Room and the Senior Room. Here are some of the experiments carried out throughout the week - a cloud in a jar - balloons under a table will most likely not burst when stood on - skittles in warm water and that made a rainbow - Ryan showed how a bike works - Leah, Dylan and Siana showed us all a water rocket, a hologram chamber and a homemade operation - We learned that an egg placed horizontally in your hand cannot be broken! - We also learned about pulleys.
